Configuring Eudora 5.02

1. Open Eudora.
2. On the menu bar, select "Tools".
3. Select "Options".

   

   
   

4. Enter you name in the "Real name" text box.
5. Enter mail.yourdomain.com in the "Mail Server (Incoming)" text box.
6. Enter your full e-mail address in the "Login name" text box.
7. Enter mail.yourdomain.com in the "Outgoing mail server:" text box.
    ***IMPORTANT*** we suggest for you to use your current Internet Service Provider's outgoing e-mail server, when ever possible.
8. Make sure the "Allow authentication" box is not checked!

   

9. Click on "Checking Mail" on the left.
10. Enter 15 in the "Check for email every .. minute(s)" field.
11. Finalize the settings by checking the "Save password" box.

     

12. Click the "OK" button.

You have completed setting the configurations for Eudora 5 and you can now access your e-mail account.
